When TikTok star Josh Richards (25M+ followers) and CrossCheck Studios greenlit his original long-form sketch comedy series Read The Room, I was brought on as content strategist to lead the platform launch strategy and oversee the short-form rollout.
My role focused on turning long-form scripted episodes into TikTok-native clips, strategically selected for shareability, engagement, retention, and brand tone. I also supported the launch strategy across Josh’s personal TikTok and a brand-new show account designed to scale the IP.
